Problem	What to check
A change isn't on the form	Press Publish changes. The link always shows the published version; Preview shows your draft.
The link says "Form not found"	The form hasn't been published yet, or the link was copied wrong.
A question never appears	Check its conditions and the page it's on: a skipped page hides all its questions. The Logic view lists rules that can't work.
A second response wasn't refused	Publish after turning on One response per person. It counts responses sent after that, and the question under Recognise people by should be required.
A column isn't in the list	Some column types can't be questions. See Which columns can be questions.
The PDF isn't on the item	Check a file column is chosen, at least one answer is placed, and you pressed Save template.
An update link says it was used or expired	Check Each link works once and Links stop working after. Run the automation again, or copy a new link, to send a fresh one.
The signature isn't on the PDF	Place the signature question on the page under PDF template and press Save template. The list shows published questions only, so publish a new signature box first.
A repeat response made no new item	That's When someone responds again at work: with Add it to their first response or Replace their first answers, the answers go to the first item. Choose Refuse it to turn repeats away instead.
The form on my website is cut off or has a scroll bar	Paste the whole code from Embed, including the script part. Some website builders remove scripts; the frame then stays 640 pixels tall.
Put links on N items can't be pressed	Choose a Link column first. It says Nothing to send when every item in your choice already has a link: turn off Only items not sent yet, or choose another group.
Form status stays at Not sent	Publish after choosing the Form status and Link columns. The panel and the links use the published form.
An approver doesn't see Approve and Reject	They must be one of the people the current step is waiting for, and a member of the account. They open the item and choose MasterForms in the item card. Responses sent before approvals were published aren't sent for approval.
"This approval link is not valid any more"	The link was used already, or the response was approved or rejected another way. A step with someone outside your account puts a new link in its Link column each time it starts.
"Email sending isn't set up yet"	Your email settings are saved, and emails start going out once sending is switched on.
The link says "This form is filled in by the team inside monday.com."	The form is set to Your team, in the item card. To share a link, set Who fills it in to Anyone with the link in Form settings → General → Access, and publish.
The Response tab says "No form made this item"	The item wasn't made by one of this board's published forms: for example, it was added on the board. Team forms are under Team forms.
A form isn't under Team forms	Publish it with Who fills it in set to Your team, in the item card, or with Open this form inside the item card on. Only members of the account, not guests or viewers, see the tab.
"Connect your monday account"	Press Connect to monday once. It connects the whole account.
