Build a form with AI

Press Build with AI above the form. It has three tabs.

Build the form

Describe the form, for example "A maintenance request with priority and photos". AI picks the matching columns that already exist on your board and builds the form. To change a form you already have, describe the change: "Add a department question and make the phone number required".

• This tab only uses columns that are already on the board, so name the details you want to collect.
• If the form already has questions, you're asked before AI replaces them: Keep my form or Apply AI version.
• The result goes into your draft. Check it, then publish.

Import a form

Already have a form somewhere else? AI reads it, finds the questions and matches each one to a column.

1. Choose the source and press Find questions. A long PDF can take up to a minute.
2. Review every question: Keep it or leave it out, change its label, mark it Required, and choose where it's saved: an existing column, or New column.
3. Build it: Press Create N columns and build form (or Build form when no new columns are needed).

Design the theme

In Form settings → Appearance, press Generate a theme with AI. If the form already has a logo, AI starts from it. You can upload another image instead (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 2 MB), or describe the look, like "A calm medical clinic with soft blues". AI picks the page colour, button colour and a font, and applies them to your draft. You can change any of them afterwards on the same tab.
