Languages

Offer the form in up to 10 more languages, on the Languages tab of Form settings. People see it in their browser's language, or choose one at the top of the form. Answers reach the board in your original words, so your columns and labels stay the same.

  1. Set your language: Under Written in, choose the language you write the form in. Choosing Hebrew, Arabic, Persian or Urdu switches the form to right to left.
  2. Add a language: Choose one under Add a language. AI translates every text on the form, including buttons and messages. The row says "Translating 80 of 290…" until it's done.
  3. Review: Press Edit to check any translation. Needs attention lists the ones to look at. Change any text, or clear it to show the original.
  4. Publish. Translations go live with the rest of the form.
The Languages tab of Form settings: German is translated.
Respondents switch language at the top of the form.
  • When you change the form later, the row shows what's not translated or to update. Press Update with AI to translate just those, or open Edit and choose Translate again or Keep as is for each one.
  • Until a changed text is translated again, people see the original.
  • Notes for the AI sets the tone, like "Use the formal register. Keep our product names in English."
  • Link straight to a language by adding &lang= and its code, for example &lang=de for German.
