Ready-made setups for common jobs, from service requests to supplier onboarding.

Service or maintenance requests
Start from the Service or maintenance request template, or ask for name, email, Request type (Status), Priority, Photos (File) and Preferred date.
Show Site address only when Request type is Repair, and a Budget question only for New installation.
Use Options from another board so people pick their customer, then only that customer's sites.
Add a PDF template of your work order, filed on the item and in Google Drive.
Turn on AI sorting for Urgency, and a monday automation "When Urgency changes to High, notify the on-call person".
Order forms and quotes
Tick Subitems and, under Subitem form, ask for Product, Quantity and Unit on each line.
Use Limit options based on another answer so the Unit fits the Kind (Parts in Each or Metres, Labour in Hours).
Show a Formula column like "Total incl. tax" that updates as people type.
Turn on Email respondents a copy with the filled PDF attached.
Customer feedback and NPS surveys
Start from the Customer feedback (NPS) template, or add a Rating column for satisfaction and a Number question with Scale, 0 to 10 (Net Promoter Score).
Show "What could we do better?" only when the score is at most 6.
Turn on One question at a time for phones, and One response per person by email, with Add it to their first response so a second answer is kept without making a new item.
Put the form on your website with Share → Embed, adding &ref=website to its link, and send the plain link by email.
Read the average, NPS and drop-off on the Dashboard, see which link brought the most answers under Where responses come from, and ask AI "What do unhappy customers mention most?".
Job applications
Start from the Job application template, or ask for contact details, the Role (Status), a CV (File) and a cover letter.
Set Closes on to the application deadline and pause the form when you're done.
Use Let people save and finish later for longer applications.
Send your hiring team an email for each new application.
Let customers update their booking or order
Turn on Let people find their answers with Email and Booking number, so customers can change dates themselves.
Or turn on Send a private link for each item, and use the put an update link in a Link column automation to email each customer their link when the booking is confirmed.
Set Links stop working after to 30 days, or Each link works once for one-off confirmations.
Under When a response is edited, choose whether customers can add or remove lines.
An intake form for your own team
Use People, Dependency and Connect boards questions, which show your team members and item names.
Turn on Open this form inside the item card, so the team updates items through the same form, with the same rules.
Set defaults and Read only answers, like a fixed department.
Visit reports filled in on the job
Keep one item per job, and build a "Site visit report" form on the board: a checklist, Photos, what was done, parts used as line items, and a Signature box for the customer.
In Form settings → General → Access, set Who fills it in to Your team, in the item card, so the form has no public link. Publish.
Turn off Can be changed later on the signature, so it stays as the customer gave it.
The technician opens the job's item in monday.com on a laptop or tablet, chooses MasterForms → Team forms, fills in the report and has the customer sign.
Add a PDF template of your report, so every saved visit has a signed PDF on the item, and a monday automation on a Status column to tell the office the job is done.
Event registration in several languages
Start from the Event registration template. A guest who registers again with the same email replaces their first registration instead of taking a second seat.
Set Maximum submissions to the number of seats and Closes on to the day before the event.
Add the languages your guests speak in Form settings → Languages, and send each group a link with &lang=.
Make a different link for each partner with &ref= and a Link parameter rule, and pre-fill the source with &p_.
Turn on Email respondents a copy so each guest gets their answers and an edit link.
Print a QR code from Share for posters at the venue.
Expense claims with approval
Start from the Expense claim template: category, amount, date, what it was for, a receipt and a signature.
Add a People question like "Your manager", so the claim names who should approve it.
Turn on Approvals with two steps: Manager (The person in a People column, using "Your manager") and Finance (Chosen people).
Place the amount, the date and the Signature on your claim form under PDF template, so every claim has a signed PDF.
Add monday automations on the Approval column: notify finance when it changes to "Waiting: Finance", and move the item to a "To pay" group when it changes to "Approved".
Supplier onboarding, one link per supplier
Keep a board with one item per supplier, with their contact email in an Email column.
Build the form with what you need from them: company details, certificates (File) and a signature. Start from the Client onboarding template if it's close.
Turn on Send a private link for each item, and under Collect from everyone on the board, create the Form status and Link columns. Set Links stop working after to 30 days. Publish.
Add a monday automation: "When Form status changes to Sent, send an email with the Form link" to the supplier's email.
Press Put links on N items. As suppliers open and answer, their Form status moves to Opened and Done.
Add a reminder: "Every Monday, notify the owner of items whose Form status is Sent or Opened".
A contact form on your website
Start from the Contact us template: name, email, topic and message.
In Share, open Embed, press Copy code, and paste it into your website's contact page. Add &ref=website to the end of the link in the code.
Turn on AI sorting so each message gets a Category and an Urgency, and add an automation that notifies the right person.
Under After submitting, set Send them to another page to your thank-you page. Inside your website, people press Continue now to go there.
On the Dashboard, Where responses come from shows how many messages came from the website and how many from other links.
