PDF Docs plans and limits: how documents are counted

Short answer
Each plan includes 50, 250, 500, 1,000, 5,000 or unlimited documents per billing period. Every document made counts as one, in the app or by an automation. Sending an email or a signature request from the app does not count.

Other limits
- The item list shows the first 100 items on a board.
- Documents saved on an item can be up to 25 MB.
- Email attachments can be up to 20 MB.
- When you reach your plan's limit, the app says so and shows See plans.
