Is PDF Docs secure? Where it runs and who can use it

Short answer
PDF Docs is hosted on monday Code, monday.com's own infrastructure, which is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified and GDPR and HIPAA compliant. It reads boards as the person who connected the app, and viewers cannot use it.

- Board access follows the person who connected the app: if they cannot see a board, the app cannot either.
- Viewers cannot use the app.
- Emails and signature requests go from your own connected Gmail account. Disconnect an account at any time under Gmail accounts.
- Signers only see the document sent to them, through their own link.
- Each signed document keeps a signing record: who opened and signed, when and from which IP address.
