Updates and comments not syncing in Mirror Item: how to fix it

The person whose updates are not syncing has not authorized the app yet. They open Mirror Item on any item once and follow the prompt. An admin can see who is missing in the user authorization table.

Fix

  1. Ask the person to open any item and click the Mirror Item Multiple Boards tab. They are prompted to authorize.
  2. As an admin, open the user authorization table in the app to see who has not authorized, and notify them from there.
  3. Check that Add Updates was turned on when the item was mirrored.

Updates posted before someone authorized are not synced after the fact. New updates sync from then on.
