Mirror Item pricing: free plan, item limits and how items are counted

Short answer
The free plan covers 5 mirrored items and paid plans start at $37 a month. An item shared to any number of boards counts as one item, and its subitems do not count at all.
How items are counted
- One item on three boards counts as one item, not three.
- Subitems mirror with their parent and do not use extra slots.
- The limit is a running total of items you are actively mirroring, not a monthly quota. Unlink or delete an item to free its slot.
- There is no limit on how many boards you can mirror to.
Plans
- Free plan: up to 5 mirrored items, to try it on your own boards.
- Paid plans start at $37 a month. Automation recipes need the Standard plan or above.
- Pricing is per monday.com account, not per seat. One subscription covers everyone.

What happens at the limit
Items above your plan's limit stop syncing. Your current count is shown in the Mirror Item panel. Agencies setting this up for a client should install and subscribe on the client's account, since the plan lives with the account where the app is installed.
