Getting duplicate notifications from mirrored items: how to fix it

Short answer
Because the item lives on several boards, one change can notify you from each of them. Turn off notifications on one of the boards the item is mirrored to and the duplicates stop.
Pick the board you use least for that item and switch off its notifications in monday.com. You still get one notification for every change, from the board you keep.
Seeing duplicate subitems rather than notifications? Use one method to sync subitems: either Add Subitems on the parent or mirroring subitems individually, not both.
