How to set up one-way sync between boards

Short answer

Sync is two-way by default. To make it one-way, open the Webhook Management tab on the board you do not want changes to come back from, enable editing and disable its webhooks.

Steps

  1. 1Open Mirror Item on an item on the board that should only receive changes (for example Board B).
  2. 2Go to the Webhook Management tab and enable editing.
  3. 3Disable the webhooks on that board.

Board A still sends its changes to Board B, but edits made on Board B no longer flow back to Board A.

Webhooks control each kind of sync separately: item name changes, column value changes, group moves, deletions, updates and subitem changes. See webhooks.
