Target board not showing in Mirror Item: how to fix it

Short answer

The app is usually installed for only some workspaces. Go to Administration, open Apps, click the three dots next to Mirror Item Multiple Boards and set it to All Workspaces. Also check you have access to the target board.

Fix

  1. 1Click your profile picture in the top right of monday.com and open Administration.
  2. 2Open Apps and find Mirror Item Multiple Boards.
  3. 3Click the three dots next to it and make sure it is set to All Workspaces.
  4. 4Check that you, and the app, have access to the target board and its workspace. Private boards you are not a member of will not appear.
  5. 5Reopen the Mirror Item tab and look for the board again.
