Which columns does Mirror Item sync?

Short answer
A column syncs when a column with the same name and type exists on every linked board. Formula and Auto Number columns cannot sync because monday.com calculates them.
How column syncing works
Columns that match by name and type on every linked board become common columns and sync both ways. There is no field mapping to set up. For example, if Board A has Status, Priority and Owner, and Board B has Status, Priority and Due Date, only Status and Priority sync.

Groups
Moving an item to another group also moves the linked item to the group with the same name on connected boards, when that group exists.
Tip: Keep a column private to one board by giving it a different name there. To stop one column syncing for a single item, see exclude a column.
