Mirrored items not syncing: how to fix it

Short answer
Check your mirrored item count first, because items above your plan's limit stop syncing. Then check the item is still linked in the Where this item lives table and that the board's webhooks are active.
Check these in order
- 1Item limit: your count is in the Mirror Item panel. On the free plan the limit is 5. See pricing and item limits.
- 2Link: open the Mirror Item tab and confirm the other board is still listed in Where this item lives.
- 3Columns: if only some fields are stale, see columns not syncing.
- 4Webhooks: in Board Configuration, check they show Active. If the person who installed them left, transfer ownership.
- 5monday.com status: check status.monday.com for an outage.
- 6Make a small edit to the item to trigger a fresh sync.
Tip: Started after restructuring a board, such as renaming groups or columns? Re-saving the mirror usually fixes it.
