How to mirror multiple items to another board at once

Short answer

Select the items with their checkboxes, click Apps in the bar at the bottom of the board, choose Mirror Item Multiple Boards, pick the target board and group, and click Add Items.

Steps

  1. 1Tick the checkbox on the left of each item you want to mirror.
  2. 2A bar appears at the bottom of the screen with Duplicate, Export, Archive and more. Click Apps.
  3. 3Choose Mirror Item Multiple Boards.
  4. 4Pick the target board and group, and switch Add Updates and Add Subitems on or off.
  5. 5Click Add Items.

Tip: For the best performance, mirror up to about 20 items at a time and repeat for larger batches.

To mirror new items as they are created rather than in batches, use automation recipes.
