Install Mirror Item Multiple Boards
Go to the monday.com marketplace, search "Mirror Item Multiple Boards" by Fortimus, and install it to your workspace. Free to try.
Open the Mirror Item automation panel
On your source board, open the Automations panel and filter by "Mirror Item." You'll see 30+ prebuilt recipes, choose the one that matches your trigger (item created, status changed, button clicked, etc.).
Select your target board and group
Pick the board (or boards) you want the item to appear on. Optionally select a specific group on the target board.
Columns sync automatically
Mirror Item auto-detects all columns that share the same name and type across your boards and syncs them automatically. No manual mapping needed. If you want certain columns to stay independent, just rename them so they no longer match.
Sync existing items if needed
Use the "When button clicked → sync all items" recipe to bulk-sync existing items to your target board in one go. New items are handled by your automations going forward.
