Team timesheet shows everyone's time for a date range of up to 92 days. Choose the range and projects, filter, and group by up to four levels.
- Filter by epic, groups, people, teams, issue type, issue keys or time tags.
- Group by people, projects, components, versions, issue types, epics, parents, issues, status, labels, teams or time tags.
- Units: h:mm, minutes, hours or person-days. With View cost and rates you also get Cost and Billable amount.
- Columns: one per day, week, month or quarter.
- Highlight gaps: with Group by People and daily columns, orange marks a day 1h+ short of the person's schedule and red a day 1h+ over.
- Click any number to see the worklogs inside it.
Tip: Press Save as insight to keep a setup. Saved setups are listed on Insights and reopen with Open insight.
Note: A timesheet shows at most 1,000 issues. If Jira hides some issues from you, the app warns that totals may be incomplete.
