Manage templates and brand

Choose which templates people see, and set your logos, colours and fonts.

Admins open Smart PDF Exporter in Confluence administration, or press Manage templates on the app's page.

Bundled templates are read-only. Copy one to make your own.

New template: Create new from scratch, Upload a template file (.json), or start from the Template library.
Visibility: switch a template off to hide it from the export dialog.
Each row's ••• menu: Edit (or View for bundled templates), Copy, Download as a file, Template information, and Delete for custom templates.

Your brand

Press Edit brand to upload your logos (a square Signet and a Full logo with your name), and set your colours and fonts. Templates marked as branded use them, and the preview updates as you go.
