Change or disconnect the token

Replace the token, disconnect it, or swap it if it was exposed.

  • Replace it: open API credentials, paste a new token and press Save & connect. The new token replaces the old one.
  • Disconnect: open API credentials and press Disconnect. The view stops showing Sprout data until a token is connected again.
  • If a token is exposed: revoke it in Sprout Social under Global Features → API, generate a new one, and connect the new one here.
