We are in the process of trying the Mirror Item Multiple Boards app which is turning out to be very useful in many different situations in our Monday.com account. Most notably, we have found Fortimus support to be incredibly responsive and helpful.

This is the functionality we’ve been waiting for! Seamlessly mirror tasks across boards to improve transparency collaboration and communication among teams. The setup is quick and easy, making it simple to get started. Plus, the support team is amazing!

Arnav went above and beyond, he even helped me track down a document I'd lost in Monday that I thought was gone for good. Super patient and genuinely helpful the whole time. You don't come across service like this very often anymore. Highly recommend!

This app was exactly what our organisation needed. Surprising it was not an integrated feature on Monday.com and therefore very grateful for the team at Fortimus who walked us through it. In terms of customer service: 5/5. Price point best on market.

The company is incredibly responsive and helpful. Email response almost immediately. The app is structured very logically, works well, and is something Monday needed. I would not have been able to build out a planning board without this feature.
