By accessing or using the Fortimus application available on the monday.com marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

Fortimus provides applications through the monday.com marketplace that enhances and improves monday.com's capabilities. All use of our service is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Compliance: You agree to use the Fortimus app in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the app.

All content, features, and functionality of the Fortimus app—including all intellectual property rights—are the exclusive property of Fortimus or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Fortimus app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
